These spanners are very adjustable with the holes in the leather straps so they can be used on large size breasts without any problem.
Put them on the breasts with the adjusting screw allowing maximal girth.
Subesquently you can increase the tightness of these nooses with the ribbed adjusting screw.
The metal slider ensures the skin won’t get caught.
The metal eyelets allow for extra bondage and / or additional weights.
